Minnesota Election Law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 per calendar year. The Minnesota Political Contribution Refund Program refunds the first $50 per person/$100 per couple.
Your contribution may be refundable under the MN Political Contribution Refund program. If you are a MN resident, your first contribution of $50/person or $100/couple in a calendar year to a state campaign is fully refundable by the State of MN.Minnesota law requires us to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose donations exceed $200 per calendar year. Contributions are not tax deductible. Campaign rules do not allow contributions to exceed more than $1,000 per individual or $2,000 per married couple.
